UN peacekeepers killed in Congo attack

INTRO:

14 peacekeepers have been killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo
and another 40 wounded in an attack.

In a statement the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres expressed his
"outrage and utter heartbreak" at the attack.
