Facebook Founder breaks silence on Cambridge Analytica "mistakes"

The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has broken his silence after the scandal surrounding millions of users details being used by the firm Cambridge Analytica.

He's been under pressure to explain how the firm managed to get hold
of the information without Facebook's knowledge.
