Macedonia and Albania will have to wait to begin EU membership talks

European Union Foreign Ministers are delaying new membership talks with the Republic of North Macedonia and Albania for at least a year.

The delay comes from a number of EU countries saying they've not done enough to demonstrate successful reforms.
