Intro;
The Kinshasa government has expressed dissatisfaction over the move by Rwanda to close the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo over fears of Ebola.
The move follows the death of a confirmed Ebola case in Goma, the largest city in the Eastern DR Congo bordering Rwanda.
However, Rwanda says the border is now open. That traffic at the border slowed down as authorities moved in place to reinforce screening procedures and public safety at entry points.
