Russia, Iran and Turkey have agreed to ease tensions in Idlib- the last rebel held bastion in the Syrian civil war.
Disagreements however seemed to persist on the question of threats from the Islamic state. While Russian President Putin has warned of ISIS sleeper cells emerging in northeast Syria, Turkey's Recep Erdogan dismissed these concerns.
