Turkish and Russian troops have conducted a second joint patrol in Syria, the Russian Defence Ministry has confirmed.
The patrols are part of a ceasefire agreed upon following a meeting between President Putin and Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi last month.
