Russia is beginning to re-open to international travel, more than three months after borders closed because of the pandemic. Foreigners will no longer need to quarantine, if they have proof of a recent negative coronavirus test. But it could be longer until regular international flights resume, as Moscow Correspondent Lucy Taylor reports.
