Hong Kong government defends its latest lockdown strategy

The Hong Kong government is defending its latest surprise lockdown operation, after finding no cases of COVID-19 among 475 people tested on Thursday night. 

One local councillor says the operation was a waste of resources. 

But Chief Executive Carrie Lam says it has put residents' minds at ease.
