Hong Kong considers lowering age limit for COVID-19 inoculations

Hong Kong is considering lowering the minimum age for receiving a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to 12. Health officials say the move would speed up the resumption of face-to-face schooling, and help to boost the city's flagging vaccination rate.
