Zelenskyy to appeal to Japan via online parliament speech

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address the Japanese government in an unprecedented virtual speech Wednesday evening.  He is expected to appeal to Japan to further aid his country in the fight against Russia.
