Cautious optimism at final day of Montreal NAFTA talks

There is cautious optimism among mediators working on the renegotiation of the North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement. 

Reports suggest the week-long talks in Montreal have been more constructive than past rounds of NAFTA negotiations.
