Brexit negotiations resume in Brussels

Discussions on Brexit are resuming in Brussels with the UK minister for leaving the European Union in attendance.

The British government says Dominic Raab will press ahead with negotiations on Britain's future relationship with the EU despite growing concerns of a "no deal" scenario.
