Indian government launches 'world's largest' healthcare scheme

India has launched a new scheme that will provide free healthcare insurance to 500 million people. 

Popularly known as 'Modicare', after India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the scheme promises poor families a cover of roughly $7000 for secondary and tertiary medical care.
