General who led military takeover in Zimbabwe is under US & EU sanctions

With the resignation of Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe, the man who led the military takeover is being hailed as a political saviour by many.

But General Constantine Chiwenga is under sanctions from the European Union and the US.
