Over the moon - Prince Harry to marry Meghan Markle

Britain's Prince Harry says his mother, Princess Diana, would be over the moon at his engagement to American actress Meghan Markle.

Queen Elizabeth II is said to be delighted, and the parents have issued excited statements as well.
