A senior minister of the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party of India has claimed that the internet and satellite communication existed in India thousands of years ago.
The minister is only the latest leader of the ruling BJP that has claimed that many modern day inventions existed in ancient India. In the past Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also claimed that ancient Indians knew how to perform plastic surgery.
