EU releases Brexit "no deal" strategy

The European Union has published its plan for if Britain ends up leaving the bloc without a deal being agreed.

Brussels says its contingency preparations are to tackle to most serious consequences of a no deal scenario but that it can't mitigate all the damage it will do.
